    It's not the item I have problem with it was the seller he did contact me and tell me it should not have been listed because he did not have it inventory he told me I would get a refund when I asked how long the refund would take he told me to go through eBay to get it. Which made no sense because he's the one that has to issue it to begin with so I had to do all this running around trying to find a person to contact on EBay she initiated the refund then he would have to respond. He refunded me

    There was a problem with this order. The ceramic mug I bought was not packed correctly and arrived broken into many pieces. I contacted the seller and received a full refund, including shipping, within 24 hours. Although I was unhappy with the shipping damage I am giving this vendor positive feedback due to the fact that the problem was immediately addressed and a full refund issued. You can trust them.

I purchased this sink because it advertised as having 20 gauge stainless steel-heavy gauge which would mean a better product. Apparently, 20 gauge is an inferior metal strength or they were not truthful in their ad. I currently have another S.S. Sink for 12 years now and there are no scratches on it even after all these years of heavy use. Would not recommend this company or product to anyone.
