GREAT
Great product. I had one like it that had wide arms at the top to fit any glass or mug - kids took it!! This infuser is as close as it gets and it great. NIce lid cover too, that you can place below the infuser and not drip.

2 pin plug does not work in 4 pin recepticle
The 2 pin power plug cord with this unti does NOT match or work in the required 4 pin controller box that is genuine Pentair device. Confirmed by Pentair technical support.
