More bad quality control

Item came well packaged with no damage to any pieces. Potentially a beautiful piece of furniture but the pieces did not fit together properly. Big disappointment. It's apparent that much is lacking in quality control. Reviews are extreme; either great or terrible. This was terrible.

Poor quality control

I really wanted this file cabinet to be good but the one I received had way too many problems. Did not keep it. Package was very well packed and there was no shipping damage. Item has a beautiful finish and is very sturdy. Problem was, neither drawer fit correctly. Neither of the drawers would go on all the way ruining the front profile of the cabinet. Top drawer was warped on one side and stuck when attempting to move it in and out. Two of the drawer pulls were bent. Item should never past inspection. Very disappointed.
