Not exactly NEW...
Item I received was a takeoff with some minor scratches. I would not do this deal again as I could have got a USED 105 derailleur for the price shipped of this. Not horrible or really mad, but not "new, without packaging". Just expected what ad stated... I called and left messages but never spoke with anyone since the purchase.
