I use these arrows/bolts with my Ghost 410. It chrono's at 398. I had issues with lighter bolts. The added weight improves flight and penetration.
These are awesome for faster crossbows. I added about 50 grains of arrow weight with these which slowed my arrow down only a little but improved my accuracy with broadheads. Shot three deer last season with these. Complete pass through on all of them. You can get the lighted nock's from Carbon Express for these. I plan on getting more.

Install was easy. Very sturdy.
They hold my powered Alto speakers real good. The price was great compared to other brands.
