It's OK
I wanted the RESOLVE carpet dry cleaner and was substituted with this. Doesn't particularly work as well, but I don't think there is another choice of like product. Pricey

Absolute best alternative to hearing aids
This is my second pair. I've had my first pair for about 5 years now. They are sensational. Not matter the volume, I can adjust perfect hearing even right in front of the band. Most importantly, conversations are clear as a bell, not matter how loud the background noise is. I was very disappointed to learn Bose no longer produced them, hence this purchase of reconditioned ones. The only downside is they can't be repaired or the battery replaced.
