    I received the Arai Signet X and it was new as advertised. Unfortunately it was shipped in a thin Arai box with no padding on top of the helmet. The helmet arrived with a broken rear air duct lever and duct wing as well as a dented shell from the duct lever being pushed into the shell. The listing stated no returns but under the circumstances I requested one. The seller never responded and eBay had to step in and grant me a return. This is the first time I’ve ever left negative feedback.
