A serious improvement over the old kobos
I've owned 2 models of Kobo and my wife has a different model. This is by far the best.
The good:
High res screen looks great
Most responsive Kobo so far. It's not iPad responsive but it's very good for an e-ink device.
Nice rubber grip on the back.
Works well with calibre software.
Takes many formats including from your local library. (read you're not stuck with Amazon)
Backlight is excellent.
The bad:
I don't really have any complaints but my previous Aura HD died quickly and I've read the customer service from Kobo is poor. Our other 3 devices from Kobo are still going strong after several years.
If you are Amazon only it may not be the device for you.
