charging issues
7 of 9 found this helpful having difficulty with charging the phone. the included charger does not charge the phone at all.
the only chargers I had that were able to power up the phone were larger ones for game consoles / laptops.
in the photos you can see the phone is not charging with the included cable, and it is charging with a Nintendo Switch USB-C cable.
