Great battery already orderd another
On the first charge I got 55 miles out of this battery running in power level 1 to 3 on a fairly flat bike trail. Other then several missing parts to the rack which I did not need it was a great value though they should include the plug which attaches to the controller. Instruction in English would also be nice. The box it arrived in looked like it came out of a war zone. But all was fine. Note was used on a RAD E Bike fold up model

Good but ledge does model is better with the exception of the way you are required to charge it.
Won't stay connected to my i-phone, never had that problem with my last one

Poor charging system
Charger sucks should have kept the old charging system, shame on plantronics for screwing a good thing up.
