Not a substitute for MTD 954-0467A

This belt is too thick, not a direct substitute for MTD 954-0467A. Mower would not stop moving (wouldn't disengage) without shifting into neutral. Saw similar accounts with belts too thick. Bought an OEM belt and saw the difference in thickness and now it stops again. Having the other measurement (aside from length and height) would help prevent this, but never see it in descriptions.
