Arrived in a padded mailer that had been virtually destroyed and had two different gaping holes in the sides, through which you could see the layer of bubblewrap (given it was a padded mailer) and the edges of the cardboard boxes. I think it would've been wiser to ship a heavier product like this in a cardboard box. It's almost certainly down to sheer dumb luck that the product wasn't as damaged as the mailer.
