    Product was delivered as described. Packaging could be improved since the battery came in a loose envelope with bubble wrap. Also needed to allow for additional delivery time beyond the estimated delivery date but they did warn me after the purchase so I guess that's better than other sellers. Recommended +++

    I just received the package yesterday due to the USPS people dropping the ball on me. I just tested it out and it works perfectly :) The seller didn't do anything wrong, that person is good :) The battery has no cracks and/or swelling on the battery and fits perfectly in my PSP. The seller also helped me figure out what was going on with the shipping. I'm giving the seller 5 stars for giving me a great item and for helping me out.
