  So many good things to say. My box arrived damaged. The seller was very helpful and said if there was damage to the unit he would replace it. I had to wait a few weeks to get someone to put it in for me. Wow what a great unit. It was so easy to install. And it works beautiful!! No loud blasting ac like our usual window units.
