  Terrible experience. I sent the buyer 2 brand new sound hole covers (for guitar) and for some reason they left negative feedback. I have tried to work with Ebay to resolve this with the buyer to no avail. They never asked for a return or gave any opportunity to work with them. I sent them photos that proved they were brand new items and the buyer refused to remove the negative marks against me. DO NOT SELL to this person. They will give you negative feedback when they receive your new item.
