  Went through over 20 emails with Seller over several weeks. I bought two air filters for my chainsaw but only received one. I requested they send the other filter, but I heard every excuse why it was not there fault. I was going to send received filter back to them for a full refund. They offered $7 instead. I had to accept three times before it was finalized. I just wanted the filter I purchased. Customer service is nil! There are other Sellers more responsive and honest on Ebay besides these.
