Average OEM Quality

The shift knob is oem. It is real leather. The quality is toyota quality. It has a some rough seams and a few areas where the stitching is sloppier than others. It fits well on the shaft and lines up perfectly. The knob feels good in hand other than the rough seams, which I am sure will smooth out with time.
