    My product was ineffective after receiving it and no longer has use
    I received this product and it was turning orange after putting it into my dog food. I then looked up why it would be turning orange and it said that they were exposed to heat or oxygen and cause the probiotics inside of the packets to die, therefore meaning they are ineffective
