The seller kept it in good working order. Even though the price was good for the quality of the watch, the seller was kind enough to accept an offer slightly less than asking price. It was greatly appreciated. The seller shipped immediately and item was packaged very well. The item even arrived a day earlier than estimated. I am extremely satisfied with this seller's store. When I contacted abettertime they immediately apologies and with no questions asked offered a full refund including shipping! I was refunded quickly after they received the watch. Great sellers who related to me as if we were in a brick-and-mortar store. The description of the watch in the listing wasn't that detailed, but the pictures and their emails showed everything.
