Good sounds, iffy quality
Purchased product from a 3rd party. Everything seemed fine for the first couple weeks then soon after I realized I would just lose sound on certain channels. I'm able to watch my sports all day with no problems. But switch over to Nickelodeon for the kids and I lose sound during commercials. The sound will remain off even after the show starts back up. I called Bose and they sent me an update on a USB drive but the problem still persist. It's too late to send back to the 3rd party but I hope talking with Bose will rectify the issue. Will update if issue is solved
