(Dispatch was slow and there was no tracking (or the tracking that says that the postal company have been told they're getting a package and the next update only happens after a delivery has been attempted. So you can't track your delivery. Also Ebay tracking wasn't updated at all so looked like it hadn't been shipped at all until it arrived.) Communication was slow at the start when enquiring but improved.)
