Self help books are foolish people just need to believe in self
The book was as stated and it came in a timely matter. I bought the book because I have a friend who believed it helped him. I believe in common sense in life and I don't believe in this kind of help but cute title. I would recommend to a friend who believes in this kind of help. I believe in myself and my common sense in life but if it works for others more power to them.

Great results for me!
I have tried al it of face wash and I love the feeling of my face after I rinse it. Controls oilyness. Love it!
