The seller failed to disclose that these shoes have heavy staining on the toe area. When I asked why they didn't disclose the staining, I was told the shoes were advertised as used, and if I wanted to clean them I should place them in the washing machine. A check of the manufacturer's website states very clearly NOT to place the shoes in a washing machine. The seller ignored my suggestions to make this auction fair for both the seller and buyer. I would avoid doing business with this seller.
