  May I say, without your excellent wrapping, the painting would have been damaged from the Postal Service poking holes in the outer cardboard of the box in shipping evening with all of the fragile stickers on it. Just as described. A good value. And as I told you, I was not in any rush on receiving the painting. Even though you were willing to refund the purchase because of a delay. Thank you very much and I hope to do business with you in the future.

  I won the auction for an expensive item and this seller canceled the sell and sent a message saying “my apologies, someone else has a deposit on this item locally”. That really messed things up for me because I had already ordered other items to go with it and now I had to figure out what to do about it.
