I have visited my Post Office twice now and filed 3 different reports out ... 1 in person at the PO and 2 on-line. This Mag did not arrive here the envelope was cut open and it fell out in transit. I was told that you as the sender will now have to file a claim on your end to recover the cost of this now missing item. bad insoles
Had to spend an extra $12.95 to replace the insoles on these shoes because the heal area is to firm and your feet get sore after about 2 hours in them because there's no real cushion to the step. Feels like walking barefoot on the sidewalk..
