    Saw neutral feedback. I wish you would have contacted me to let me know what post office said. I went there and they said if you have the damaged package you need to take photos and the eBay receipt to the post office and file for lost. stolen, damaged goods whichever it is. I told them you already said you did that and they said it should be in the system and being checked into. They told me it can takes time doing it all. Have you any notices from UPS yet on the actual status of your claim?

bad insoles
Had to spend an extra $12.95 to replace the insoles on these shoes because the heal area is to firm and your feet get sore after about 2 hours in them because there's no real cushion to the step. Feels like walking barefoot on the sidewalk..
