Solid build quality

I like old HP instrument due to its excellent build quality. Works great out-of-the shipping box. Stable sine wave through out the advertised range.

Philips - PM6671 - High Resolution Timer/Counter (POWERED ON)

Under appreciated brand.

Good design and provide good performance. Service manual can be found on the Internet. However, used Philips design proprietary counter-on-a-chip which cannot be sourced. The input is well protected so the chip should not give you any problem.
