Nice looking and well made ice cream freezer
I have examined the freezer and seems to be made very well. The freezer is very heavy compared to my other freezers. The motor is very noisy but seems strong. I have 4 qt recipes and the recipes with fruit seems to be too much for the canister in a 4 qt canister and doesn't freeze well. That's the reason I want a 6 qt freezer for 4 qt recipe.

Seems too hard
It seems to be very stiff. Seems more like a plastic rather than rubber. One side is smooth ,the other side is slightly rough. What’s the top side?
