A very unreasonable customer he made a purchase from us and he did not like the look of the outer box, although it was not that big of a deal, we offered him a chance to return it for a full refund and instead of accepting the refund, he kept the box and left us a bad feedback. Very poor attitude. eBay will allow only positive experience when it comes to buyers, but in this situation, it was a very bad business transaction with this buyer.

Not as Expected!

I thought the item would have been in better condition. Pieces were just thrown around in the original box then put inside a separate shipping box, making a hell of a lot of noise. Worst of all, I'm pretty sure the Lego pieces were washed prior to shipping. Causing the pieces to be distorted and not fitting like they are supposed to. Very loose! I will have to disassemble the build and probably put it back together with glue. Pieces are not tight enough to even stay together. I know this, because I attempted to wash Lego bricks many years ago, and thats exactly what happens to them after, by using very hot water or very cold water. It would have been better just to wipe the pieces down with Lysol instead.
