This seller is a scammer! Beware! eBay had to step in and force a refund for an item never shipped. Absolutely no response to any messages. Then had the audacity to not agree to cancel the order once it was apparent it had never shipped. Absolutely horrible online retailer! They seriously should be banned from selling on eBay.

This roller was new but in an open/damaged box. I contacted the seller to find out more about its condition and they responded promptly. I then decided to purchase it since the price was $70 less than normal for this item. It arrived very fast and was in perfect condition. The box had been repaired well. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. We did not open the box until Jan. 3rd (because part of her gift was to paint her room) 5 days after the return window closed. The item was listed as NEW (other) and there was no damage to the outer box and did not seem previously opened. When I open the box we found some of the items inside were damaged. I contacted the seller and waited 5 days but no replay. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!!!!
