Update the firmware when you get it!
1 of 1 found this helpful As long as you get the latest firmware, the original EOS M is an excellent mirrorless option. Nice build, good looks, and the same APS-C sensor as the DSLR counterparts. Paired with an adapter I use it as a backup to my Rebel SL1. Love this camera

Must have for the price
1 of 1 found this helpful If you have an EOS M system camera you need one of these. The difference in depth of field and overall look of the image is fantastic. Only downside is that it will drain your battery a little when the camera is turned off, but I always take my battery out when done shooting anyway. Not sure how it works with non-Canon lenses but for me it’s been no problems so far!

Very nice adapter
Found an old screw mount lens at an antique place for a couple bucks, ordered this adapter so I could try it out on my camera and it works perfectly fine. Very solid build and no rattle on my camera. Highly recommended
