Good Power Book
It's a good book. Kind of the standard for power systems. I purchased it for help on the PE exam. Hopefully it helps. It's explanation of phase shift and general 3 phase power is clear and concise. I don't know if I would purchase the regular book for a couple hundred bucks, but if you can find an international one for less than $50, consider it a good buy.
