Lumbar decompression
Feels like a regular corset until you start using pump which definitely creates decompression. As a Physical Therapist I utilize lumbar traction on a regular basis for back pain relief. This belt allows someone to be active and receive the benefits of relieving pressure. I can’t speak of the durability because I have not had for very long. The reason for four stars is due to the attachment clip is a bit tricky which connects pump to brace

Great slide for the kiddos
Kids will have a great time on this slide. Sets up very quick with my wet dry vac. Holds air well and sprayers at top do a good job of wetting slide minimizing friction and heat from sun.
