Small book, perfect for beginners!
A lot of henna info, materials, methods, basic patterns explained in an A5 sized book. Excellent price + good quality book. Better suited to those starting out. Once you get basic understanding of henna from book, go on internet to get pictures of more advanced designs for special occasions etc.

So far so good
I've only used it for a week but am pleased with it so far. I'm using it to get into ketosis and I think it's helped me as it causes flushing.

Vitamin D3+K2!!! How it should be taken!
7 of 7 found this helpful I've been taking this product for two weeks now. Small tablets, no nasty taste, easy to take. I've got an appointment with my rheumatologist in November who will do a wide range of blood tests. I hope these vitamin D3 tablets will have an affect on my inflammation markers. Only time will tell.
