Great throwing aid
This not only helps with throwing overhand but also pitching. I use it at team practice for overhand warm ups, and for the few players still struggling with proper form. I use it during pitching lessons for learning all spins from fastball to drop, to rise, curve or screw. It has immediate visual impact. Easy to see if it has been done properly.

Price equals quality
Great entry level balance board. You have to assemble the roller but it’s easy to do. You get what you pay for and nothing more/less. I will probably upgrade to a better quality model in the near future.
