Have had similar models in the past. This one has a window, which is nice. One issue that I encounter is the configuration of the rack. I use bowls, for the most part, rather than plates. The way the rack is designed it is nearly impossible to get more than a few items washed at a time. Might be the brand of detergent, but, much more than one tablespoon of detergent is needed to actually get any suds.

Have used Victor products before. They always seem to provide good outcomes - and these are a lot safer than the old style wood version with hair triggers that can easily hurt the person setting them. Also easier to dispose of a successful trapping given the vertical bar.
