Item not as described.
In my opinion the seller deliberately described the item as “New” to deceive the purchaser to ensure a higher price would be paid to purchase the item, fully knowing the item had been used/repaired. An item that does not match the description is a clear Breach of Contract - and, under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, return postage should be paid for by the Seller - not the buyer.

This was not new it was listed as new see other also this buyer is a threat to ebay trying to get half there money back sellers beware
