Highly recommended
Excellent results at a great price. I'm not using them in a Weber kettle but in a KitchenAid grill instead. They fitted perfectly and I'm able to divide(spread) the concentrated heat to both sides of the grill and cook at the center with indirect heat.
Skirt steaks, ribeye, hamburgers, sausages, chicken all done without problem.
Looking to smoke ribs soon :-)

Not the same as the photo
I'm returning this item because what I received is not the adjustable type as the photo implies. It is a simple headband that you can get three for the same price.
