  The Quality of the laptop was perfect; when it arrived, it was inside a bubble wrap envelope in the box. The laptop looked brand new. The price was about the same as what other sellers were offering. The only problem was with it not being a touch screen. I contacted the seller, and he was very fast to respond to the problem. I decided to return the item. The refund was within days. I would recommend this seller to anyone; I'd rate him as A-Plus.

  The item arrived on time and the packaging was quite impressive. After turning it on and installing Windows I found out that the touchscreen feature was unavailable. I sent the message to the seller and it was promptly answered. The seller offered exchange, or a discount. I agreed to the offered discount and kept the item.
