  Accurately described, good price, and prompt shipping. Only complaint is plates were only wrapped in the shipping bag, no padding. So the first shipment the bottom 8 plates out of 50 were cracked. They promptly resent 10 to replace them, and they were wrapped in bubble wrap this time. However I think they should be in a box. Some shipping services don’t care and things get tossed and dropped!   USPS apparently has lost my package so merchant advised that they have processed me a refund(In process) which they had voluntarily offered to do. I had purchased once before with this merchant and found them to be very customer oriented and great to deal with in my personal opinion! USPS tracking has shown no movement at all. Was to delivered Nov 1st.
