Would recommend.
Good sound. Surround works well with Xbox One. Turning characters in-game results in sounds moving around headset. Range is pretty limited and drops off fast if there are any obstacles (such as going into the next room). The auto/direct-connect is probably the best feature. My last headset was wireless, but needed to be connected to the TV's audio out, and a cord between headset and controller for chat. Still a bit pricey IMO, but is much less than other leading headsets.
