Cartridges work, but lack of response when package was really late

The cartridges work, which is really the most important thing. However, the day before they should have arrived (or, at the very end of the estimated arrival period), when I tracked the package it said it hadn't even been shipped yet! So I messaged the seller asking when they planned to ship them and mentioned that I needed them soon. They never responded to me.
