Refuse to accept responsibility
I have been trying to resolve a dispute over the wrong part sent to me for a week! A $20 ball joint has been a bigger pain than it is worth !because they say i ordered the wrong part i think a computer glitch is to blame anyone else would've just sent the right part.but this guy wants me to jump through hoops so he can save $20 of what benefit would it be to me to order a part that don't fit my truck he now wants me to go back through the process of hunting down the part to get a screenshot to show him it was eBay's fault I have given up this is ridiculous waste of my time I will go back to RockAuto
