Shadows are good.
2 of 2 found this helpful The shadow pans were new and unused. They smell great (signature Tarte scent) and perform beautifully. Impressed with the dark shades and the pigment overall. The outside of the palette and some parts of the inside were scuffed up. More so on the outside. Just wish that would’ve been part of the description.
