Poor design and synch issues
4 of 8 found this helpful There is a LED display right in the middle of the soundbar that constantly displays the input method (so "LG OPT" or "ARC") and LG confirmed there is no way to turn this off. It is quite distracting as it is dead center of the sound and therefore right in the middle of the bottom of the TV. I even tried just covering with black tape, but the remote sensor must be in the same location because then the remote does not work to adjust the volume or mute.
Also, have not been able to get this to synch the audio with the video properly. When coming my my Spectrum cable box, it remains out of synch even after making adjustments on an LG TV. And when using both the sound bar and internal speakers on streaming sources like Netflix, those are out of synch with each other and could not be corrected using the LG app.
Very disappointing.
