6-star Service from Poppy's
Unaware that 2 Samsung produced this battery in 2 different size albeit with same reference number, I ordered the wrong one. After informing Poppy's of my misfortune, they immediately sent me the correct battery, not waiting to receive the one I returned, and this overseas. I would gladly rate the service 6 stars.
