Exactly as advertised, works great
Both thermostats were direct drop-in replacements for the original parts, and one month later both are working great.
Note that the original thermal fuse was secured to the heater duct with two screws; the replacement fuse is secured with one screw, with a small tab on the fuse that fits into the hole in the duct where the second screw was formerly anchored. Although this is a sight modification from the original part, the replacement part fits just fine.
