Works as expected - installs easily (when user follows instructions)
Works like a charm. Had difficulty installing but after I watched a youtube video, figured out an easier way to do it. Just needs precision and the right tools (cable cutter, cable puller).

What can I say? It works
Shimano SLX thru XTR in the mountain bike area, just like 105 thru Dura Ace in the road bike area...everything works as advertised!

Nice component
It was a bit tricky getting it set up - your measurement has to be precise and all...but once I got it set up, it works like a charm. Haven't had the opportunity to take iot out on the trail yet, though, but just from initial setup and testing, it looks great and seems to perform well.
