  Bought as an anniversary gift and the watch came in quick and perfect condition as described. I did have issues with operating and the manufactuerer manual was not the greatest on functionality and how to use. I started a return thinking the watch was broken and reached out to the seller. Seller was prompt with response and helped clarify and provide steps on how to use certain features. All my issues were resolved and cancelled my return request immediately.
