    Seller took the money out of my account and said the item had been shipped. 10 days later when the item was supposed to already be delivered, it still hadn’t been shipped. I messaged the seller. Got no response. Seller finally shipped the item. However, the item I received wasn’t new. The original packaging had been opened. Apparently, this item had been previously purchased, and the original purchaser decided to return it after opening and trying it out. I messaged the seller. Got no response.
